Ethical Conduct
UCCS has adopted a set of values to which it is committed, including specifically a commitment to the value of integrity and an expectation that each member of the campus community will engage in ethical behavior. The CU Board of Regents developed the Principles of Ethical Behavior as the underlying expectations regarding the conduct and activities of university employees. The University has also developed a Code of Conduct which states its commitment to upholding the highest ethical, professional, and legal standards.
If you have concerns that any student, employee, or faculty member is not upholding the University’s standards for ethical conduct, you are encouraged to report it so that it can be evaluated and addressed appropriately. The University prohibits retaliation in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
If you believe there is a threat or danger to any individual or campus, call 911 or the UCCS Police Department 719-255-3111.
