Kaley Espindola

With nearly 20 years of human resources experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings, Kaley Espindola brings a broad and people-centered perspective to her role as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer at UCCS. She leads the university’s Human Resources team, working to support employees and advance UCCS’s organizational priorities.

Kaley earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of New Mexico. Employee relations is a particular area of expertise and interest, and throughout her career she has worked with employees and leaders to navigate complex workplace issues.

Beyond her broader HR leadership role, Kaley serves as the university’s ADA Coordinator and Appointing Authority for Classified Staff. She is committed to fostering an accessible, equitable, and supportive workplace where employees and the university can thrive.
